Please read the following terms and policies carefully. By completing a purchase with us, you agree to follow these guidelines regarding shipping, delivery, and other important policies.
Shipping & Delivery
1. 4-Hour Delivery (Dubai City Limits)
- Available for orders placed before 4:00 PM.
- Orders placed after this time will be scheduled for delivery starting 9:00 AM the next day.
2. Free Shipping (Within UAE)
- Free shipping applies to orders over 250 AED.
- For orders below this amount, an additional shipping fee will be charged.
3. Next-Day Delivery (UAE Orders)
- Available for orders placed before 6:00 PM.
- Orders will be delivered before 11:00 PM the following day.
- Multiple transactions may result in multiple charges on the cardholder’s monthly statement.
- An additional fee of 20 AED is charged for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
Preorder Items
1. Order Processing for Preorder Items
- If you order both pre-order and in-stock items, we will ship the in-stock items first for faster delivery.
- Preorder items will be shipped separately once they are restocked.
- Preorders cannot be cancelled once placed but are eligible for a refund or exchange upon receiving the item.
2. Delivery Times for Preorder Items
- Delivery times may be affected by holidays, weekends, Ramadan, or other seasonal factors.
Customer Responsibilities
1. Incorrect Shipping Information
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.
- We are not liable for lost packages due to incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer.
- We cannot offer reimbursement for orders sent to an incorrect address.
2. Order Acceptance & High-Value Orders
- We reserve the right to accept or decline high-value orders.
- If your order exceeds a certain amount, we will notify you about any additional shipping charges before processing the payment.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to love your Cashew purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. To qualify, items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase.
