COD is available for orders within the UAE. Please note that an additional 20 AED
fee applies to all COD orders.
- 4-Hour Delivery: Orders must be placed before 6:00 PM for same-day delivery.
- Next-Day Delivery: Orders must be placed before 2:00 PM for delivery before 11:00 PM the
following day.
- Ramadan Schedule: The cutoff for Next Day Delivery is adjusted to 12:00 PM, with collection between 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM.
No,size exchanges or product exchanges are not available for sale or discounted
items.
Once we receive the returned product and verify that it is unworn with intact tags, we will dispatch the exchange item within 24-48 hours. Standard delivery times will apply. No additional fee applicable.
- Shipping is free for all orders above 250 AED.
- For orders below 250 AED, an additional 35 AED shipping fee is applied.
